“Cool vibes & good snackums” is the driving force of Devoured, a specialty pizza pop-up, created by entrepreneurs Jhy Coulter and Brit Estes. The culinary venture collaborates with other KC businesses for tasty events that center on high quality signature pies such as The Pep (uncured pork pepperoni, red sauce, parmesan, and pecorino), Herbie Birdie (herb roasted chicken, feta, butternut squash, spinach, and crème fraîche), Martyz Special (jalapeño bacon jam, black garlic ricotta, basil, pecorino, and parmesan) and Vegan Bae (zucchini, blistered tomatoes, Portobello spread, and basil). The menu also includes chocolate chip and spicy basil sugar cookies.

The next Devoured pop-up, featuring pizza and craft cocktails, will be held at SoT (1521 Grand Blvd, KCMO) on June 6 at 4 PM.
