Fine art jewelry by D.C. Smith of Union, Missouri, has its own unique characteristics. Each piece has similar elements, but the creation process is unpredictable and will take its own direction. Smith is a twice-juried member of Best of Missouri Hands and sits on its board of directors.
These earrings are actual leaves from a princess spirea bush that have been coated with twelve layers of .999 fine silver and then fired in a kiln to capture the detail of the leaf. They are unique in shape and detail; as in nature, no two leaves are ever alike. Freshwater pearls and white/clear Swarovski crystals embellish the leaves on free-moving dangles. Sterling ball posts and disk backings.
Measure: 42mm long and 14mm wide
