July 21, 2010: On this date Greg Bernal of Florissant, along with his girlfriend Janet Momphard, caught a blue catfish that officially weighed in at 130 pounds and measured 57 inches long. The monster was caught in the Columbia Bottom Conservation Area, near the confluence of the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers. Yes, it's a world record.
