1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup each red and green sweet pepper, diced finely
1/2 cup red onion, diced finely
Place all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and simmer for 1 hour until reduced and slightly thickened.
