Grilled Sweet Corn
4 ears fresh sweet corn, in husks
1. Prepare grill as usual
2. Pull corn husks back, leaving husks attached at base of cob; remove silk.
3. Soak corn in water for 20 minutes; drain.
4. Spread butter of your choice over ear of corn. Reposition the husks back over the ear of corn.
5. Place on covered grill for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Serves 4.
