- 1 box white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- ¹/³ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Mix the first five ingredients together for 3 minutes. Bake in a well-greased 9x13-inch glass baking dish at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread 1 cup of strawberry jam over the warm cake. While cake is cooling, melt the white chocolate chips and light corn syrup together. Drizzle the mixture over the strawberry jam.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla bean ice cream. Serves 12.
