Come to Powell Gardens to learn to cook with garden-fresh ingredients from some of the best chefs in Kansas City. Today, Joe West, Executive Chef at 801 Fish in Leawood, Kan., will prepare a recipe featuring produce grown in the Heartland Harvest Garden, the nation's largest edible landscape!
Chef Joe, formerly the chef de cuisine at Bluestem in Kansas City, Mo., was named executive chef at The Cincinnatian Hotel in early 2014. The Kansas City native returned to the area in late 2014 to join 801 Fish.
Chef Joe's demo is included with admission to Powell Gardens. Seating is limited.
