Come out for the fourth Annual Brew in the Lou Festival at Koburg Hall on the grounds of Concordia Seminary.
Brew in the Lou showcases St. Louis’ best beer, wine, spirits, coffee and good eats. Last year's festival broke attendance records and featured more than 70 local food, beverage and craft vendors.
Festivities include performances by the Deutschmeister German Brass Band and other live entertainment, a people’s choice home brew contest, and special food exhibits. KTVI/KPLR’s Jeff Bernthal will serve as the event MC. Proceeds will benefit more than 8,500 children at thirty-five Lutheran schools in the St. Louis Metro Area.
Wristbands are $40 in advance and $50 the day of the event; they include tastings for beer, home brew, spirits, wine and coffee, along with delicious food samples from popular restaurants such as Gobble Stop Smokehouse and Vernon's BBQ and Catering. Guests will also receive a commemorative tasting glass.
"Brew in the Lou" is sponsored by the St. Louis-based Lutheran Elementary School Association (LESA).
