Rosemary Brie Wedges

Ingredients:

Canola Oil

2 one-pound brie wheels

4 teaspoons rosemary

8 ounces seasoned bread crumbs

1 cup milk

2 cups flour

2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Fill a large frying pan 2/3 full of canola oil and heat to 350 degrees. Remove all the wax from the brie. Cut each brie wheel into 8 wedge. Combine the rosemary and bread crumbs. Mix milk, flour and eggs. Dip the brie wedges first into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs. Lightly fry for 2 to 3 minutes until brown. Serve immediately with assorted fruit. Serves 4.
