1/2 pound unsalted butter
12 ounces Oreo cookie crumbs
3 pounds cream cheese
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 teaspoons almond extract
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in microwave. Combine butter and cookie crumbs. Press into bottom of greased ten-inch spring form pan. Beat cream cheese until soft. Slowly stir in sugar. Mix eggs in one at a time. Slowly mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into cake's center. Serves 8.
